What a great way to spend a week! During our summer camps students meet for three hours each day, Monday through Thursday at the school. Our
campers have a great time as they learn different drawing and painting techniques, and engage in skillful craft
projects all centered on a specific theme. Each day includes a short break at the park. On
the last day of camp we hold an art reception to celebrate both the creations and the friendships we've made.
Thousands of campers have participated in our programs since we began nearly a decade ago.
Each year, we add dynamic and new projects for the many returns, keeping it fresh and
exciting time and again!

Ages: 5½-8 & 9-12
Come explore the rich culture of Africa in our Safari Adventures camp! We will draw and paint exotic animals like the lion, elephant, and crocodile. Students will learn about the beautiful terrain, different tribes of African people, and paint the vibrant colors that remind us all of the beauty of Africa. Don't miss this wonderfully enriching experience.

Ages: 5½-8 & 9-12
Do you love Alice in Wonderland, Where the Wild Things Are, Harry Potter and other imaginative stories? Step back into a land of fantasy in our fun new Wonderlands camp. Students will draw, paint and sculpt creatures from their favorite current stories and movies and learn how to make them their own. Fantastical animals and magic are sure to be discovered in this camp, perfect for any child with a vivid imagination!

Do you love learning about new countries? Come with us and learn about the beautiful art of many cultures including Japan, Thailand, and India. Students will make traditional masks, draw henna and anime, paint exotic native animals, and create replicas of the gorgeous gardens of ancient India and Japan. With a mixture of traditional and new art styles of three countries, this camp is for anyone who likes to explore and learn about new cultures.

From animals big to small, our new Animal Sanctuary camp will cover them all! Featuring exotic and endangered animals, students will learn to draw and paint beautiful creatures from all over the world and discover their true native habitats. This camp is for all of you animal lovers who love to learn about new species and maybe create your own, too!

We are happy to announce the return of Cartoon and Clay camp at Thrive Art School!
